The following is a chart for our Community Meditation Exercise. Feel free to use it any way you like; the most important thing to track is how you feel after you meditate. Don't be afraid to experiment with different times of day, different positions (seated, lying down, walking), and different types of meditations (body scans, music, mantras, focusing on breath, etc.). Everyone has her own preferences--this is how you discover yours! Keep your mind open and curious...
