By far the most frequently asked question we get is “Is this really anxiety?” And this makes sense! After all, it’s just so hard to believe that something in your head can cause so much havoc in your body. So, we decided to write a short e-book to thoroughly answer this question.
This is not clinical literature from your doctor, a high school chemistry textbook, or a sales pitch for a remedy. It is a mixture of stories, conversations with other anxiety sisters, cartoons, and a sprinkle of very understandable science, all bound together with our [anxious] humor.
